Honest work, fair pricing, and a team that treats your home like it's our own, that's been the standard since day one.
AquaTec Plumbing was founded and is led by Connor Warren, a seasoned plumber based in Holland Landing (East Gwillimbury), just north of Newmarket. What started as a commitment to doing plumbing the right way has grown into a trusted name across York Region, built one job, one referral, and one satisfied customer at a time.
AquaTec Plumbing operates from 45 Grist Mill Rd Unit 3W in Holland Landing, East Gwillimbury.
We're a team of professional home service plumbers who believe that great plumbing isn't just about fixing pipes, it's about showing up when we say we will, explaining what's actually going on, pricing the job honestly upfront, and leaving your home as clean as we found it.
Today, AquaTec operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ready to respond to anything from a slow drain to a full emergency. Whether it's a small repair or a major installation, we bring the same level of care and attention to every single job.
Based in Holland Landing, we serve York Region, Bradford and North York: Keswick, Georgina, East Gwillimbury, Holland Landing, Newmarket, Aurora, King City, Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Markham, Vaughan, Thornhill, Bradford and North York.
Our work falls into three groups, for homes across York Region, Bradford and North York and for commercial properties. In all three the plumber finds the cause before fixing anything, whether that takes a water test, a drain camera or tracing a leak back to the fitting that failed.
York Region's municipal water is hard, so we install and repair water softeners, fit whole-home sediment and carbon filtration, and put reverse osmosis systems under kitchen sinks for drinking water. On private wells we deal with iron staining, sulphur smell and bacteria, adding UV where the water test calls for it, through our well water treatment service.
We clear clogged drains, blocked sinks and main line clogs. When a drain keeps coming back, we run a camera inspection to see whether the cause is grease, tree roots or a broken pipe. Grease and roots can usually be cleared with hydro jetting; a broken or collapsed section is when sewer line repair comes up. For basements that take on water we install backwater valves and sump pumps with battery backups; ask us about municipal subsidy programs.
We repair and replace tank and tankless water heaters, track down leaks and repair damaged pipe, repipe houses still on Poly-B, Kitec or galvanized supply lines, and look after toilets, faucets, garburators and outdoor hose bibs. We also open and winterize cottages along the Georgina lakeshore, and emergency calls are answered 24/7.
From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, our process is built around clear communication and respect for your time and your home.
We stay in touch with you from booking through completion, with live updates from our technicians along the way.
You'll always know the cost before any work begins, no inflated estimates, no hidden add-ons after the fact.
If something isn't right after we leave, we'll come back and make it right. That's our word, and we stand behind it.
You call or text and tell us what you're seeing. The plumber diagnoses first, then gives you a written price before any work starts. Workmanship is guaranteed; if something isn't right after we leave, we come back.
Call or text 289-470-6221 and describe what's happening: where water is showing up, which drains are slow, or how your water looks, smells or tastes.
The plumber finds the cause before talking price. Depending on the job that means a drain camera, a water test or a check of the water heater, and an explanation of what they found.
Before any work starts, you get a written price for the job. You decide whether to go ahead with the cause and the fix in front of you.
Workmanship is guaranteed. If something isn't right after we leave, call us and we come back to make it right.
What goes into a price: how far a blockage sits from a cleanout, whether a fixture, tank or softener has to come out, the type and age of the pipe we're working on, and for water treatment, what the test shows and how much equipment the result calls for.
